S. Oliva Brown

Olivia joined The Insurance Shoppe in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative Assistant.  In September of 2013, she moved her skills to the Brightleaf Insurance Associates office.  Since that time, she has worked in all facets of the Property and Casualty business.  Currently she is serving as the lead Commercial Lines Service Representative and accounting specialist for all three of our agencies.   She has achieved an associate degree.  Her knowledge of the different aspects of this industry enables her to grow as a professional, but she finds herself as the “go-to” person for problem solving.  She is a native of Smithfield still resides here in Smithfield.
